New Oak A-Frames and a double pitch oak rooflight supplied and fitted.
Repair and re building of the openings with brickwork and stonework.
New upvc and aluminium windows and doors.
Cedar clad extension and a pointed stone existing barn with brick reveals.
External large patio area tiled and pointed, and entrance walls bricked and stoned.
The existing barn internal plastering is done in one coat plaster to keep its rustic finish to compliment its character and the new extension skimmed to show its modern side to the build.
All work to be done and in line with the building regulations standards.
